CMUL 69/74 ALUMNI SET PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO THE PROVOST, COLLEGE OF MEDICINE UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS

The 1969/74 alumni of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, paid a courtesy visit to their alma mater on Friday, September 6, 2024, as part of the events marking their 50th post-graduation reunion.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Prof. Ashiru expressed joy at returning to the College after many years and thanked the Provost for receiving them. He informed the Provost that they were in the College to reconnect with their alma mater and also to present three desktop computers, a printer and other accessories to enhance learning at the Stella Adadevoh Reading Room.

Professor Ashiru also outlined their plan of having a luncheon to raise funds for the College.

In response, the Provost, Professor David Adewale Oke FAMedS, expressed gratitude to the 69/74 alumni for the visit and reflected on the alumni support to the College over the years.

The group also paid a visit to the Chief Medical Director of LUTH, Professor Wasiu Lanre Adeyemo to further strengthen their connection with the institution.
