WELCOME MESSAGE

The Office is headed by the Deputy College Secretary and it is the first point of contact for students in the College of Medicine. As a service delivery department, it is responsible for registering students and keeping records, coordinating examinations and results, coordinating students’ induction and convocation ceremonies, issuing transcripts and certificates, verifying results and certificates, educating students on the examination rules and other requirements of their programme, processing of deferment, leave of absence and medical leave.
