He also coordinates the activities of the Board of Survey, CMUL Plaza and all Vendors in the College. The total staff strength of the General Administration Unit is Twenty-one (21) including senior and junior members of staff.<\/p>\n\n<strong><b>ACTIVITIES IN GENERAL ADMINISTRATION<\/b><\/strong><br>\n\n<b>Committee and Planning Section<\/b><br>\n<p><ul>\n<li>Preparation of documents for statutory meeting i.e. Court of Governors, Academic Board, Academic Staff Assembly, Staff House Ownership Scheme Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Taking follow-up actions on the decisions\/recommendations of the above statutory organs of the College of Medicine.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Annual list of Heads of Department for Management approval.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing elections for the positions of Provost and Deputy Provost under the supervision of the Directorate of Academic
