As a service delivery department, it is responsible for registering students and keeping records, coordinating examinations and results, coordinating students\u2019 induction and convocation ceremonies, issuing transcripts and certificates, verifying results and certificates, educating students on the examination rules and other requirements of their programme, processing of deferment,
